First time ordering
First time ordering. I didn’t want any of the items , 1 zip was stiff to open . I requested a return. They asked for a video of zip, I submitted but there wasn’t an option to submit so I replied to the email, no response in 2 days. I go on holiday today so now can’t post it, have written to customer services 3 times asking for a returns and no response . My friend units from this company and recommended them so I am disappointed so far at the lack of communication for returning
