I canceled in May and they are still charging me
I was on weight watchers and canceled my membership in May. They have continued to charge me and my year membership was up. I was ill at the time and never even got to use it but about a month. They owe me for July and August charges! When I tried to get in touch with them I couldn’t because I cancelled my membership and account. This is fraud!!! I wouldn’t even give them a one star rating! So after doing what I was asked to I wasn’t even able to speak to anyone. The virtual assistant doesn’t understand when things aren’t going well so my review stands! It’s actually worse since this was what they told me to do! Apparently they have my phone number and could’ve reached out to me! I’m going to contact my credit card company and report the fraud since weight watchers can’t be bothered to give me a direct number to an actual person!
