⭐ 1 Star Review Really disappointed with my experience. I spent £200 on an order and it arrived with items missing and some of the items damaged, which is completely unacceptable. I contacted customer service straight away but haven’t received any proper response or resolution. The only reply I’ve had was to say one of my emails was being closed as a “duplicate,” instead of actually helping me sort the issue. For the amount of money spent, I expected much better quality control and customer service. At the moment, it feels like my money has been completely wasted. I wouldn’t recommend based on this experience.
