Excellent customer service
My first experience with this brand's Shilajit was made memorable by their exceptional customer service. Although my initial shipment was lost, their customer service team (Especially Joseph's) resolved the issue promptly and without hassle by sending a replacement immediately. I truly appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction. As for the product itself, I am satisfied with my purchase and will be buying it again. I feel confident enough in the brand to recommend it to my friends and family.
