I feel completely bamboozled by this company. Pascal’s marketing is misleading. The ring is presented as if the stones are larger and wrap all the way around the band, but that is simply not true. The ring I received only has stones on the first quarter of the band. What makes this worse is that there are visible holes all the way around the ring where stones could be set, which strongly implies a full or near-full eternity design—yet that’s not what you get. On top of that, returning the ring is intentionally difficult and expensive. The item must be shipped back to China at my expense, and I’m also charged a restocking fee. Between the misleading presentation and the punitive return process, this company clearly makes their products look far better online than they are in reality. On top of all of this, I was supposed to receive the ring Christmas and had ordered it a month and a half of four and did not receive it until now I will never order from this company again.
