I bought the artisan with rotary mech. and I had the same problem everyone else had - the cable was too short so I had to buy the extension...it came quick and was cheap no big deal. What turned it around was that when i built the enclosure i snipped that door sensor wire and snapmaker is sending me a new one for free so overall you guys are cool by me. Leon helped me - he may be AI?
