My first order in June 2025 was a delight. The face oils where light and wonderful, smelt divine and absorbed into my skin beautifully. However my second order, of exactly the same product, has been a major disappointment. A dramatic difference appears to have occurred to the product in that the base oil is now heavier and sits like a slick on my face, still only using three drops as recommended! The fragrance is virtually non existent it feels like a totally different product.... what is going on? So I contact their customer services and ask this very question..... Their answer was not satisfactory.... We source ingredients from a wide range of geographies they say, there could be variation in aroma, colour and thickness from batch to batch. Well I'm not very happy with that answer and I feel cheated. I think they've changed their ingredients to cheaper options to improve their profit margins sadly leaving the product a shadow of it's former self. 12/1/2026 I read Ayurveda's response with delight, at last I thought, after half a dozen emails to them they finally want to do something to investigate. So I forwarded the information requested expecting a Returns Lable to enable them to research. However I was sorely disappointed this morning when opening their latest email informing me that they had checked the Batch that my order came from and there was no problem. Firstly I'm surprised that there is any of that batch still available from September 2025 and secondly how could any effective research have been done on a Sunday and miraculously that the information was ready to be supplied to me first thing on a Monday morning......total nonsense from Ayurveda Customer Services. So they have lost my confidence and my custom. I would however be interested to hear from anyone else with similar experiences of Ayurveda Face Oil products. They've finally worn me down.
