E-Z UP Saves the Day!!
We run a 100% Free Rugby club in Colorado. Our E-Z UP tent was a significant investment for our small nonprofit. We were so thrilled to see our big red tent with our beautiful logo flashing in front of the Rocky mountains at our first match . . . until the afternoon wind storm. We didn't properly stake it down and we didn't properly lower it and of course the supports snapped in half. I called E-Z UP and told them exactly what happened and they replaced the entire frame for FREE and didn't even charge me shipping. I can't thank them enough and I can't say enough about their customer support. Clearly above and beyond.
