Amazing Experience. Everything even better than claimed!
We started the 88 days with energized health even though I am suffering from major back surgery and another broken vertebrae suffered after in physical therapy. I have had type 2 diabetes for over 10 years. I had it controlled with very expensive meds with an A1C of 6.9. After 10 weeks, my new A1C is 5.2. Will stop meds after my next doctor visit. I lost 14 lbs. and increased all of my health signs. I was not able to do the cardio but I did what I could and did not worry about what I could not do. I feel better and hope to continue when my back gets better. Energized health is a great company and I recommend them to anyone that is serious about improving their health.
