Above and beyond expectations
My husband and I used their services, not for a tour but to book a backwater rice boat cruise in Kerala. Something which was part of a tour but as we’ve already been in Kerala we just wanted the cruise. Their advises were excellent and helpful to choose the right boat and cruise length. We decided on a 3 nights with Lake&Lagoons. A taxi was organised to pick us up at our hotel in Kochi and an agent from Bespoke India Travel was also there to greet us and gave us a welcoming pack including a rack of spices. Soooo nice and professional. As for the cruise, it was above and beyond all our expectations. Magical! The staff, the food, the overall experience,… Highly recommended!
