Offer a 30 day refund make it difficult
Offer a 30 day refund. I emailed before product was sent to cancel. No reply. Email after sent no reply. Email after reviving. No reply. Comment on a Facebook add and was asked to message so they can chase up no reply. Product sent from Australia but only return options to send to usa address which costs a lot more and also difficult without providing a local phone number. Really disappointed in this interaction.
