Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I will not be buying from this company again. When I placed my order, I was told it would be delivered within 5 days. It actually took 15 days to arrive. After waiting 10 days, I told them I no longer needed the item because it was already past the event I ordered it for, and the order still hadn’t shipped. They refused to cancel and refund me. When the item finally arrived, the chain broke within 10 days of normal use. I contacted customer support for a return and refund, especially since the product is advertised with a lifetime warranty. I was told they would not refund my money and could only offer store credit. They also said the item was out of stock for 3 months, so I couldn’t even get a replacement. I asked if they could at least replace just the broken chain, and that was also rejected. They sent me a “replacement request” link that didn’t even work. I submitted return requests multiple times, but customer service kept saying they couldn’t see anything in their system. Between the shipping delays, poor product quality, and extremely unhelpful customer support, this has been incredibly frustrating. I strongly do not recommend buying from this company.
