I had a very disappointing experience… Advertised UDP support does not actually work on residential proxies
I had a very disappointing experience with Proxyrack. The main reason I chose this service was the advertised UDP support on residential proxies. In reality, UDP does not work at all. Every UDP test fails when using their residential proxies. At the same time, UDP works perfectly on the same machine and network without the proxy, with other proxy providers, and through OpenVPN. This clearly points to an issue on Proxyrack’s side, not a local network problem. Customer support was unwilling to properly investigate the issue. Instead of checking the proxy configuration or escalating the case, they kept sending links to generic help articles and repeating scripted responses. Even after I provided clear evidence that UDP works without their proxy, they continued blaming my network. The dashboard and proxy setup are also inconvenient and confusing. Proxy configuration feels clunky, and the documentation does not match the actual behavior of the service. At this point, the advertised UDP support looks more like a marketing claim than a real, usable feature. When I asked about a refund due to a key advertised feature not working, support simply stopped engaging and continued sending generic replies without addressing the refund request. Overall, the service does not deliver what is advertised, technical support avoids responsibility, and critical issues are not resolved. If you specifically need UDP support or expect responsive, technical customer support, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
