Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. AskBo (AI support) is a nightmare and a method to shield airasia from any customer support. If you ask for a realy person too often you get completely blocked. Never book with airasia, they rob your money, reschedule youre flight and then for refund you have to deal with an AI that is (probably on purpose) never gonna help you.
