There is a non-refundable 20% service fee with no grace period. Also, seat selection on the highest level of rail ticket is not available. Save yourself the money and go directly to the rail services website. In response to their response, I had booked business plus tickets which according to the rail services website is fully refundable before departure. There is no $100 refund fee that Ninja Rail claims they had to pay to cancel my tickets.
