I wish I could leave zero starts. Anyone giving this company anything above 1 star is a complete fake just trying to boost their review rating, and should be called out for supporting this scum. Absolute scam company. Items nothing like what is pictured. Ordered a beautiful KNITTED, fur lined, hooded sweater coat, received a screen printed polyester thing that was nothing like what I ordered. Reached out to company's customer service beginning 11/24/2025 to get information about a refund, had to follow-up TWICE to ask for a response from them, and was told (the first time) they would give me 20% of my money back, and allow me to keep the item (words cannot describe how horrible the item they shipped to me is). I said no. Had to follow-up TWICE to ask for a response from them AGAIN. They sent another email offering to give me 40% of my money back and to keep the item. I said no. Had to follow-up TWICE to ask for a response from them AGAIN. They said in their latest response that if I wanted a full refund I could return the item, they would make sure it was in condition and within the rules of their return policy (30 days, which the emails they delayed constantly in responding to puts this outside the 30 days by 3 weeks) would refund me MINUS the charges to return the item, TO CHINA, including all duties and fees. Total scamming, nasty, despicable company - tell your friends, tell the FTC, tell the BBB. Do not waste your money. Thieving, rotten, nasty, disgusting, foul company.
