We paid for our tickets to Europe from Australia, we had the itinerary that clearly stated meals included from Perth to KL but they didn’t care, they wanted us to pay again. We had a wheelchair service included and they also made us pay again for wheelchair. Avoid at all costs, pay a bot extra and use a proper airline.
