First time user experience
I required 110k of Avios points to purchase Qatar's business class seats for my parents. After I did my survey and research, I decided to approach Karan for the price quote. As a first time user, reading through all the reviews still made me feel skeptical about everything as the price is almost 35% cheaper than official website. Thankfully, Karan was actively responding to all my doubts and queries therefore I decided to proceed with the payment. I was kept posted when money was received and points are delivered.
