When I checked at the post office the tracking number that was used in the tracking app was different to the one on the package. Luckily it had my name correct and my phone number correct. My post office could not see the tracking number as it was different. So they had to go through all the parcels and check again. I have received it and the shipping was actually fast. Happy with that. Thank you again. Keep up the good service
