Terrible quality and overpriced
If I could give this company and product zero stars I would. I was travelling for the holidays, and I packed my new $60 sweater without throughly inspecting the item, and after wearing it for an hour, a friend pointed out a hole in the armpit. Once home, after traveling for the holidays, I reached out to Baltic Born to address the issue. I was informed that I had missed the 14 day damage return window and because it was worn, it wouldnt be eligible anyways. They then went on to tell me “As a smaller, sister run business, we have many policies in place for specific reasons, and we must abide by them. We always want to help and provide the best assistance that we can, but unfortunately we are not able to accommodate every request that customers may have.” My reasonable request was for an exchange of the same item and they instead offered me a discount on a future purchase. Never buying from them again.
