Mixed bad - good software but pressured to tip customer service
I had no issue downloading the software but did have trouble installing it which required me to contact customer service. He was able to help me but towards end he pressured me into giving him a tip. When I tipped him (which really seemed a bit odd) he pressured me to increase it because "he had to split it with the company. He was still using the utility so he could access my computer for the install & he could see what I tipped. Since he wasn't finished with the install I felt like there might be "issues" with the install if I didn't tip. So I did increase it as I felt a bit held hostage. The whole transaction made me uncomfortable & because of it I probably wouldn't purchase anything else from this company.
