Poor Customer service
I love the product I bought. Infact I ordered it again...but the box came tampered with I ordered a replacement off another sight and reported the package abused from christoph. It asks if u want a refund or replacement . I said refund because I had ordered from another site. The girl wrote back and said she was sending a replacement. She totally overlooked what I said and asked for. As I said the product is excellent but customer service ruined it for me I will no longer order from them D G Follow up When they didnt refund me They sent a replacement . The replacement came today with conditioner all over the box and the bottle completely empty. I feel like this was done on purpose.I wrote them and they ignored me .They owe me a refund from the order I never got ..because this replacement was garbage .
