Like other users, suddenly and without notice unable to send or receive mail. Ongoing since Dec 23rd, support is either non-existent or irrelevant. Their last reply (after several ignored emails) asked me if I had been messing with MX records. It's a shame, because I had this account for many years, but now I have to switch.
