I ordered an 18-inch wig from Amanda Hairs catalog. The wig I received measures approximately 13–14 inches when measured from the root, as clearly shown in the attached photo with a measuring tape. The color does not match the product images on the website. I contacted customer service multiple times. They refused a full refund and only offered small partial refunds ($15–$25), claiming the wig was “custom-colored,” although it was a ready-made catalog wig.
