They canceled 4 of my 5 orders even though they had it in stock they said and it took them nearly 2 weeks before they did it. On the other 2 orders I contacted them on the other 2 orders and told them if they did not have in stock to refund those as well and guess what, they cancelled the orders. Completely screwed up my job and timelines for several contractors! Not happy…they did not care it seemed nor tried to make it right. Terrible customer service!! On 4 out of 5 orders? No. I have been in business for over 30 years with supply chain issues as well in the electronics business. This only happens with poor management and systems in place which is one thing. However, your lack of trying to get the product for your customer, and lack of communication is inexcusable!!!
