Excellent Customer Service Experience
I purchased the HTVront Auto Press 2 on January 1, 2024, after being impressed by its many features—especially the auto press and release function. While I only used it a handful of times throughout the year, I did notice an occasional issue where the press would stay in the down position, which I initially brushed off. Unfortunately, the same issue came up again while I was making Christmas T-shirts this year, just as the 365-day warranty was nearing expiration. I reached out to customer service and was genuinely impressed with how smoothly they handled everything. After a few emails and providing videos of the issue as requested, they honored the warranty and promptly offered a replacement. I’m hopeful the new machine will work perfectly, but it’s reassuring to know that if I ever need help, HTVront’s customer service will be there to assist again. Huge kudos to the customer service team for making the experience a positive one—keep up the fantastic work!
