Customer service was really good. I had my bracelet in a week which is really good from coming from so far away. The bracelet is really good quality. I had a different brand and the catch kept popping open but thos bracelet stays firmly shot. The detailing on the charms is beautiful and I cant wait to order more charms for it ♥️♥️
