Never got my order Somehow ended up in another country Was sent to Saudi Arabia instead of Dubai. Courier can’t help and its not their fault Ikier support isn’t supporting, days even weeks late to reply an email just to tell me to pick up the item myself, in another country! My order details are clear, United Arab Emirates-Dubai, not Saudi Arabia I gave up Never got refund, never got the power switch My laser machine is useless
