Outstanding Customer Service from Mihel
I recently purchased a battery from WattCycle for a solar project I am working on. Unfortunately, the original delivery process did not go smoothly and there were delays and issues with the shipment which became quite frustrating. However, I have to specifically recognise Mihel from the WattCycle Customer Service Team. Mihel was exceptional throughout the process. Communication was regular, professional and honest and most importantly, Mihel did what was promised and personally followed the issue through until it was resolved. My replacement battery arrived safely today. While the logistics experience could definitely have been better, Mihel completely changed my overall experience with WattCycle and restored my confidence in purchasing from them again. Problems can happen with any company. For me, the real test is how a company responds when something goes wrong and Mihel handled this extremely well. Thank you Mihel for the excellent service and for seeing it through to the end.
