Disappointed on this occasion
I used Jetpac for my trip to Ireland earlier this year and was very happy with the product. However, I have just returned from a 2 week trip to New Zealand and was very unhappy with the product. I found it to be really slow and had constant problems with having to wait ages for websites to load. It was very frustrating. Even when I used the "switch to best network" option, it still was slow and unresponsive. Lucky I had others in my group who had much faster esims.
