Great customer service with quick responses and friendly employees! I ordered 2 bracelets but the size turned out to be too small for my friend and me. I emailed them asking for an exchange, received a positive response on the same day. So now I'm waiting for the same bracelets in size M. Delivery of the first two bracelets took a bit longer than I have anticipated simply because those bracelets weren't in stock and needed to be made me and my friend.
