I made a purchase, but I was required to complete KYC verification. I had to submit many photos and spent a significant amount of time on this process. However, the issue has still not been resolved, which is causing me great frustration. Although this platform was previously reliable for making purchases, I am no longer satisfied. I am extremely frustrated. Since I am filing a complaint, I kindly ask you to resolve this issue as a matter of urgency. When problems occur, I am unable to sleep, and this situation is causing me serious distress and loss because it has not been resolved.
