This is the Biggest Scam! Shameful!
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent purchase from Kloiadka. The advertisement for this product showed a large box of sweet potatoes and stated the product would be 25 centimeters. However, after waiting weeks for delivery, I received a tiny box containing only ten small strips of sweet potatoes. I paid nearly $50 for an item that can be consumed in just one or two sittings. This is a severe misrepresentation of what was promised in your advertising, and the product received does not justify the cost or the wait time. They do not try to make things right. I sent repeated request for updates. No response. Customer care is not in their vocabulary. I should have received a full refund. This company has no integrity. Somewhere, they are laughting about how they have cheated good people. They have taught me a valuable lesson. Don't trust the name Kloiadka! There is no integrity in that name. It is a fraud and they are scammers of the highest order.
