The subscription has been paid for, but the account status is unsubscribed.
On December 21st, I was charged for a full subscription, but the subscription itself wasn't renewed. The issue with technical support hasn't been resolved. They're only responding once every 1-2 days. They refused to refund me on December 31st, even though 14 days hadn't passed, and then they simply stopped responding. As of January 16th, I was still charged for a year's subscription, but I can't use it. This strongly suggests a scam with hidden cancellation methods.
