It’s been weeks since I’ve ordered
It’s been weeks since I’ve ordered. Sent three emails to their customer support email listed, was told by shop pay that I have to go thru viral lush directly- have not received a single response or product. Terrible (no) communication, terrible wait time- and im still not even sure if I should be expecting a product at all or if I just got scammed out of $40.
