Lovely products, great customer service, timely deliveries.
I have ordered twice from this company. Everything is delivered in a timely manner! This was a concern for me because I have ordered from other out of country companies and have had months go by before I’ve received my package. There was a delay this past holiday season BUT it was The carrier that couldn’t find my package. watchwithsun’s customer service was very responsive and worked with me to get my order delivered asap. This wasn’t something they had to do but I’m grateful for their service. They are very personable. Their products are as lovely as they appear in the website and they even have a few surprises with the delivery. I hesitate purchasing from overseas and some countries have a very bad reputation with timely deliveries , product quality and customer service BUT that is not the case with this company. Watchwithsun is a gem. I will be ordering from them again! I’m estimating my deliveries took about 2 weeks, give or take . Very reasonable considering , in my opinion.
