This company went above and beyond what I expected. I ordered the wrong size and they made it right. They immediately sent me a new coat . The coat is great! It’s a classy leather with faux fur collar. Very expensive looking. But the price is right! Bobbie

This is a high quality coat

This is a high quality coat. Very flattering. I accidentally ordered the wrong size. BUT. The customer service put me at ease immediately and processed my request for a different size. I’m 5’9”, 125lbs. I accidentally ordered a small , but need a larger size. The customer service was great; .she processed a new order immediately.
