Terrible Experience with Macbook Purchase
Nightmare experience; bought a macbook pro, that was advertised as excellent condition. LCD has lines and was flickering when I received it. Back and forth with level 1 Support continued for more than a month - and then they took Macbook since more than week ago with no replacement and refund. Leaving me in a limbo. I am thinking to consider claims court if CompAsia cannot make right my purchase.
