i will never book with them again…
i will never book with them again -1000/10 We were flying from Da nang to Dalat in vietnam and they cancelled our flight and rescheduled to AN EARLIER FLIGHT rather than a later one. They sent us ZERO email notice and so we arrived on time for our original flight to find our rebooked flight had already left. Of course we had to rebook at significant time delay and massive cost and when we asked for compensation they flat out denied any claim for the new flight or to refund the cancelled one i will never trust that shitty company again, fk traveloka i would sue if i could but im sure its somehow legal
