The company decided to cancel my transport from my hotel to the airport and didn’t let me know they canceled. My flight was cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. I told my driver the day before it might happen. He said don’t worry the manager will assign another driver. When the flight was cancelled I immediately informed the driver. He said no worries they will have another driver assigned to you and reach out to you. The next day I still hadn’t heard from anyone. When I called the company they said they had no drivers to take me to the airport and they canceled my ride. So if I didn’t call I would never had known. So they decided to cancel my ride and never inform me of it. I would not use this company again. Edit. Elite contacted me asking for more information about my cancelled ride. I provided everything and never heard from them again. Another fail by them. I again would not recommend using this company.
