Nightmare bed
Bought a really fancy looking bed from their website ($1600) and it turned out to be plastic bedhead and basic wood panels Waited over a month for it to come in 4 different boxes and when we opened it we were shocked at the lack of quality the bed legs were basic wood planks the instructions were black and white blurry photos and not one screw or bolt was numbered or lettered The parts weren't all there it was a shock at how bad this situation I got myself into They say that there their 24/7 yet they dont reply to support emails or their never online when asking for help Even after Litfad "offered" to help they didn't they just wrote a reply to my feedback to make themself look good
