Another update (hope it's the last 😭): changing my review from 1-star to 2-stars. This whole ordeal was stressful! Another update 02/15: They refunded me after I yet again sent a complaint via email. Another update: I got the ticket after 3 hours. They claim they had an issue which prevented them from sending it within the alloted time. But looking at their replies here, that doesn't look like it. It's an auto-reply. Furthermore, they also claim to "refund", but it's been well over 10 business days and I haven't received anything. Avoid this site at all cost. Update: Got it after almost 3 hours. Support email doesn't work, no one replied to me and I sent 4 emails to confirm and follow up. I booked today (January 19, 2026) 2 hours ago, but I haven't received the ticket nor received any update from their support team. I'm afraid I just lost $12. Give me my money back!!!
