Overall great experience
Overall great experience, with room for improvement on the platform side. Danielle was absolutely awesome to work with. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when questions came up. Her support really stood out and made a big difference in the overall experience as a travel agent. That said, my main frustration was with the website itself. I didn’t like that I couldn’t really do my own research and had to rely so heavily on someone else for details. I also found it inconvenient having to call without knowing if my agent contact was working at the time. There were a few system glitches as well, especially around repeatedly entering and confirming the children’s ages, which slowed things down. On the positive side, I really liked the convenience of booking everything in one place.
