I placed an order on July 21 for two bras for my daughter for her birthday. I heard nothing back about my order so I inquired and was told the two colors I selected were on backorder. I requested that they cancel my order and send me a refund. It has been almost 3 weeks and I have not received my refund. I reached out to them three different times and was told how sorry they are and that they would escalate my return So far I have not received it and I’m starting to feel like I will not. Do not purchase from this company. First, they never notified me that there was a back order and they took my money right away. Now they’re holding onto my money without supplying me with my product. I feel like they stole my money. I do not plan to stop contacting them and if I need to, I will escalate further.
