Aliexpress items for twice the price
Don’t trust the rating. They bribe people into giving positive reviews, by insisting you give a review before they send any exchange. I refused the exchange due to the poor quality of the item and the overcharge. Once they saw my negative review, they offered to wave the 24CAD exchange fee, strongly suggesting I update my review afterwards. I declined as I find their practices dishonest. I had ordered one brass bracelet and one shirt and pants meditation set. The bracelet was ok. The supposedly cotton linen clothes were made of cheap scratchy fabric. They were poorly designed and assembled. After the fact, I found a similar set on Aliexpress for half the price. Buddha Stones is trying to scam you by pretending they sell high-quality pieces. They don’t! Their sizing is weird. I followed their indications precisely and ordered several sizes bigger than my husband normally wears (2XL when he is normally an M/L). It was still two sizes too small. The customer service was overall polite. They did not ask for a return of the ill-fitting set… Another proof that it’s not worth much! They offered to send another size if I paid an additional 24CAD towards shipping and customs. l decided against it in the end. My husband didn’t think he would wear the set due to its low quality. Beware! Contrary to what their website address and CAD prices suggest, they do not seem based in Canada at all. The items were shipped directly from China and took a long time to arrive.
