I am genuinely disturbed and disgusted by my experience with this lending company. I took out a $375 personal loan and later discovered the APR was 777.44%. Because of this, I will end up repaying a total of $2,534.91. That number is staggering and indefensible. Although I understand that I am technically able to make these payments, that does not change my belief that this type of lending is a cruel act against humanity. The ability to pay does not make this ethical. Turning a small loan into a crushing financial burden is not assistance — it is exploitation. What was presented as short-term help quickly became distressing and overwhelming. Watching a $375 loan balloon into more than six times its original amount is shocking. Even if these terms are buried somewhere in fine print, there is nothing transparent, fair, or humane about charging 777.44% APR. This business model preys on people in vulnerable situations and profits from desperation. I find it appalling that practices like this are allowed to exist at all. I strongly urge anyone considering this lender to stay far away. No one should be taken advantage of in this way.
