Horrific customer service
We ordered a cake for my sister’s birthday for a large party and paid extra specifically for morning delivery. The morning of the event, the cake never arrived. We tried calling and messaging Cakes and Bakes multiple times throughout the day and received absolutely no response. The cake was never delivered and our money was taken. This caused a great deal of inconvenience on the day, especially given how much planning had gone into the event. Two days later, they sent a message saying the cake should have been delivered along with a photo of the cake. The cake in the photo looked nothing like what we ordered and to be honest, in the end, I'm glad it was never delivered. I would not recommend this business based on our experience.
