After I placed the order
After I placed the order, they reached out to me to ensure I knew that sizing was for a different country. They asked that I measure the person it was for and I did. They told me that size would not work for those measurements but they would custom make it at no extra charge. When it went back to manufacturing, they were told a few of the measurements didn’t make sense and ask that I remeasure which I did. They were right. This was for a 19 year old male with Down Syndrome whose measurements are different than normal people. The only negative is that I specifically said I needed it for Christmas because he still believes in Santa. I didn’t get it until December 29th but I was able to give him a photo with an engineered explanation. He loved it and put it on right away. Quality is excellent and I may order a different super hero next year (but much sooner)
