I am beyond satisfied with the customer service that Lewis supplied. I am retired and ordered the HTVront press 2 to assist me with my quilt making and thought after trying to let Amazon handle my problem without success I decided to call you and am thankful I did. He made my day as I’m back to quilting and looking forward to my new projects coming together. We need more Lewis’s in customer service. I am thankful for his help.
