The team let down a good prouct
I'm fully to blame for purchasing a great looking scooter -according to the specs it has- that turned out to be 'illegal' to use, for my teen's birthday. However, that bad purchase has turned into a nightmare process to return the scooter and receive a refund. While it should be noted that the customer service team have responded to all of my emails, so much time has been wasted because I've not been given a complete response, or a different person has contradicted another. It makes it feel like you are receiving 'bot' generated replies and that as a customer, you are not valued.
